Refund & Return Policy

At Esthetics By Lesly Lash Supply Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition in which you received it

Due to hygiene and sanitation reasons, opened or used beauty and lash products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Lash shampoo
• Lash remover
• Lash tape
• Tweezers that have been used
• Other beauty or lash products that have been opened or used

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at estheticsbyleslyy@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by us, we will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is made before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be canceled.
